What personal data does KLM process in relation to the Club China website?

Within the framework of providing you with the Club China services and allowing you to contact KLM for any other reason, KLM records such data as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, personal travel preferences and interests.KLM uses your data for executing contracts, for providing services and for informing customers about the activities, products and services of KLM and its partners. Providing electronic services is important to KLM, particularly because these e-services offer customers quick and convenient access to information. When you subscribe to communications such as KLM's electronic newsletter, you are giving KLM and its partners permission to use your e-mail address for sending you the newsletter and other mail such as surveys and news about special offers.If you wish to give or retract your permission for KLM and/or its partners to use your e-mail address for these objectives, you can do so as follows:You can request the starting or stopping of information messages sent to you by e-mail by going to the Specials and Offers page at KLM.COM. Then select ‘E-mail newsletters’ and then choose ‘subscribe’ or ‘unsubscribe’.

The purpose of gathering this information is to make the KLM Club China website as convenient as possible in regard to the needs of its visitors. What security measures does KLM take?
